NEW PRAYER COURSE FROM ALPHA

The Prayer Course is for anyone who wants to grow in their relationship with God.
We meet once a week on Thursdays at 6:00 PM in the New Church
Each session of the Prayer Course follows the same format and lasts about one hour:
Introduction:
Presentation of the week’s theme and prayer.
Watch: the video
Teaching on the week’s theme.
Discussion
: The questions in the study guide help the group reflect on the theme together.
Practice
: A practical prayer exercise related to the theme, done together as a group.
The Prayer Course consists of eight sessions with the following themes:
• Why Pray? • Adoration • Prayer for Our Own Needs • Intercession • Unanswered Prayer • Contemplation • Listening • Spiritual Warfare
